Shipping
Normal shipping is charged at $18 unless otherwise stated. Items that are not subject to the $18 charge will have freight charges dependent on the total weight and size of the order. Delivery prices are set by the courier in accordance with size and weight and will be forwarded to you as part of the purchase price.
Some larger items can only be delivered to a business or a freight depot. If this is the case we will inform you of the closest address that your goods will be delivered to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For orders over $400 freight is subsidised and a calculation is made at the checkout. Additional freight may apply where carriers charge an additioanal fee for rural, isolated, remote or hard to access areas. To be sure, send us an email or call us to enquire.

Delivery Times
Most items will be delivered in 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Items that are out of stock or on order may take longer. We will estimate the delivery time and call and/ or email you with the details. At this stage if you decide not to wait for the delivery (that is over 10 days), a full refund or exchange will be made available.
Unless otherwise agreed to by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card requesting you to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery or collect from their distribution centre.
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery of orders.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your item/s to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your order confirmation; however, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery will be made within this time frame.
Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a copy of your tracking information from the nominated courier.
We deliver your items to a street address and you will be notified during the checkout process.
