Refund policy
Returns Policy
At Ag Superstore we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
A major problem is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe.
• is significantly different from the sample or description.
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
If you change your mind and the goods are not faulty we will take the goods back subject to the following:
You must pay the outgoing and return freight
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged as well as any other costs incured in supplying the goods to you
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
