FAQs

What is a water cartage tank?

A water cartage tank is a tank designed to cart water, not chemical. It is manufactured to sit flat on the ground so that mostly they can be used without the need of a frame. Normally they are able to be lifted, when they are empty, with a forklift and they either have tie down rods that affix the tank to a trailer or ratchet straps that go over that tank and the tank is tied to the trailer A water cartage tank may have some water left in the bottom of the tank when empty and therefore are not suitable for use as a chemical tank

Are baffle balls used in water cartage tanks?

Baffle balls are an option and are used to decrease fluid movement and sway during transport, therefore increasing the load stability.

What size outlets are there on a water cartage tank?

The size of the outlet varies and is normally customisable on a water cartage tank. Normally located on the end and/or on the side the outlet varies in size from 12mm to 75mm.
